2.3 Restricted Persons. The following persons are not permitted to hold a fry49 account or participate in any fry49 service: (a) persons under 18 years of age; (b) persons acting as agents, employees, or affiliates of fry49 or its business partners in relation to the subject matter of such relationship; (c) persons who have been self-excluded or otherwise excluded from the Platform; (d) persons using automated software or bots to interact with the Platform.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each User is permitted to hold one (1) account on the fry49 Platform. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances and pending winnings.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information when registering your fry49 account. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration details (including name, date of birth, residential address, or payment method details) constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.
3.3 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fry49 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. fry49 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access due to your failure to protect your credentials. You must notify fry49 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
3.4 Verification (KYC). fry49 may at any time, and shall prior to processing a withdrawal above applicable thresholds, require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or "KYC") by submitting government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC to fry49's satisfaction may result in withdrawal suspension.
4.1 Accepted Methods. fry49 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the payment methods listed in the cashier section of the Platform, which include but are not limited to JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfers to HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, debit cards, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without notice.
4.2 Currency. The primary account currency on fry49 is Pakistani Rupee (PKR). All balances, stakes, and payouts are denominated in PKR unless otherwise specified.
4.3 Minimum and Maximum Amounts. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are detailed in the cashier section and may vary by payment method. fry49 reserves the right to amend these limits at any time.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposit or to verified accounts in the User's name. fry49 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC, satisfaction of bonus wagering requirements, or investigation of potential fraud or prohibited conduct.
4.5 Fees. fry49 does not charge deposit fees. Withdrawal fees, if any, are disclosed in the cashier section at the time of the withdrawal request. Third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction fees for which fry49 is not responsible.
5.1 Eligibility. Bonuses and promotional offers published on fry49 are subject to the specific terms stated for each offer, including but not limited to minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits during wagering, and expiry periods.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Stakes placed on certain game categories (e.g., roulette, baccarat) may contribute at a reduced percentage toward wagering requirements. 5.3 Abuse. fry49 reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold associated winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse, exploitation of promotional terms, or collusion is suspected or confirmed. This includes but is not limited to multi-accounting to claim multiple welcome bonuses, using VPN services to access geo-restricted promotions, and placing hedging bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk.
5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers. fry49 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such alteration does not retroactively affect bonus funds already credited to a User's account in good faith.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on fry49 is governed by its own rules displayed within the game interface. By participating in any game, you acknowledge having read and accepted the applicable game rules.
6.2 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a software, system, or human error affecting the outcome or settlement of any bet or game round, fry49 reserves the right to void the affected bet(s) and refund the stake(s). fry49 is not liable to pay out winnings arising from an obvious error or malfunction, regardless of whether the error was detected before or after the relevant funds were credited to a User's account.
6.3 Sportsbook Rules. Sportsbook bets are governed by the sportsbook rules published on the Platform. Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or subject to result reversal, fry49 will settle affected bets in accordance with the published sportsbook rules applicable at the time the bet was placed.
6.4 Maximum Payout. fry49 reserves the right to impose a maximum single-event payout limit per user, per day. Details are published in the Platform's terms applicable to the relevant product vertical.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. 9.1 The fry49 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. fry49 makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform.
9.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fry49's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to fry49 in the ninety (90) days preceding the date of the claim.
9.3 fry49 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of data, loss of profits, or emotional distress.
fry49 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at fry49.app/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to such data processing as described in the Privacy Policy. fry49 will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

Upon termination for breach, fry49 may forfeit the account balance. Upon voluntary account closure or termination without cause, verified balances net of any applicable wagering requirements will be refunded to the User's last verified payment method.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting fry49 customer support. fry49 shall respond to formal complaints within a reasonable timeframe. If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal escalation, it may be referred to an appropriate independent adjudicator as notified by fry49 from time to time.
